We are based out in Kalher, which is part of the Bhiwandi area. Our office is in the Jai Mata Di Complex, specifically in the Lotus building, flat 309. It’s a big complex with lots of different businesses running out of it. We focus on lifestyle items. The flat is where we handle all the paperwork and look at samples. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Kalher is a busy hub for logistics, so there are trucks everywhere and it gets pretty dusty on the roads. Inside our space, it’s a bit more organized. We’ve got shelves lining the walls to keep everything in its place. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we’re just a small group of people trying to build something. Some days are slow and we just drink a lot of tea and talk about new ideas. Other days are a total rush with orders needing to go out. We’ve had to learn everything as we go, from dealing with transporters to making sure the billing is right. It’s not always smooth, but we enjoy the process. Being in Thane gives us a bit more space than we’d get in the city. It’s a practical location for what we do and we’ve made ourselves at home here. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the work.
