Bajaj Bearings (P) Limited is located in Building No. 32, specifically in Office No. 002 in Sector No. 1 of Shanti Nagar. This is over in the Mira Road (East) area. We are on the ground floor, which makes it a lot easier when we have to move boxes in and out throughout the day. Our office is not a huge corporate headquarters; it is just a practical space where we manage the business. Shanti Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of our hours tracking orders for different types of bearings and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It might sound like simple work, but there are thousands of different sizes and specifications to keep track of, so we have to be careful. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big reception area for guests. Usually, you will just find us at our desks with the phones ringing and various shipping papers spread out. We have gotten to know a lot of the other people in Building 32, and it feels like a good little community to be part of. We do not do a lot of fancy marketing or try to pretend we are something we are not. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things moving along smoothly.
