Sai Krishna Engg. & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Rao Compound on B. B. Patil Marg. We're near Bayer India on Kolshet Road in Thane West. It’s a bit of an industrial-feeling area, which suits the kind of work we do perfectly. Our office is right there in the compound, and it’s usually filled with the sound of trucks and machinery nearby. We focus on engineering and construction, so there’s always a lot of technical talk happening around the desks. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. It’s more about being ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. We’ve been in Thane West for a long time and have seen how much the Kolshet Road area has grown. Our team is pretty tight-knit. We’ve worked through all sorts of weather and project delays together. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or talking to the guys on the ground. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just want to get the structures built and make sure everything is solid. There's plenty of coffee and long hours, but we're used to the pace of construction life by now. It's what we know. We don't make it sound more complicated than it is. We build things, and we do it from our spot in Rao Compound.
