We've been based out of Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane for a good number of years now. If you’ve ever walked through this part of town, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the small units and big trucks squeezing through narrow roads. Avlock International India Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us working away in our corner, making sure the fasteners and heavy-duty locking stuff gets where it needs to go. Most mornings start with a quick check of the floor and a lot of coffee while we look over the orders. This isn't a fancy place, and sometimes the machines make more noise than we’d like, but it’s our space. The heat in Thane can be a real pain in the summer months, especially inside a workshop, but the guys here are used to it by now. No one here has time for big marketing meetings or writing fancy speeches. Just a handful of us keep busy making sure things are bolted down right. There’s always someone running around the warehouse trying to find a specific part number while someone else is on the phone dealing with a delivery delay. That's a typical day for us. We’ve seen the estate change a lot over the years, with more traffic and new buildings popping up everywhere. Despite all that, we’re still here at the same spot, doing what we know how to do without making a big fuss about it.
