Avj Global Ventures Private Limited

We are located in Bhiwandi at Bhoomi Ind Park. Our office is on the second floor of Building F/6, specifically Gala 201 at H. No. 836. This is in Pimplas Village, which is a very industrial part of the Thane district. Avj Global Ventures Private Limited operates right in the middle of all the warehouses and factories. It is a busy, dusty place with trucks constantly moving in and out. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a lot of space for our operations, but it is definitely not a luxury suite. It’s a workspace designed for getting things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking inventory and shipments. The air in Bhiwandi always has that industrial smell, and it can get quite hot in the afternoons. We have some fans and an old AC that tries its best. Most of our staff lives nearby or commutes in from other parts of Thane. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything. There is a table where we eat our lunch together and talk about the day’s work. It is a gritty, real environment. We are surrounded by other businesses doing the same thing—just trying to keep things moving in the supply chain. It’s a tough area to work in sometimes because of the traffic and the heat, but we have been here for a while and we know how to handle it. Every day is a bit of a grind, but it’s what we do.
