Avelikan Nidhi Limited

We are based out of Flat Number 604 in the Sainath Apartment building. This is over in Cheranagar, which is part of the Ravikiran Housing Society on Manpada Road in Dombivali East. Being on the sixth floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice when the Thane humidity gets heavy. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen area where we make our tea and a main living space where we have the desks set up for Avelikan Nidhi Limited. It feels very much like a home, which makes the work feel a bit less stressful. We have a lot of neighbors who live in the same building, so we have to be mindful of the noise when people are coming and going. The walk from the station can be a bit long if you're carrying heavy bags, but there are usually rickshaws around. We spend our hours here looking at the computer screens and making sure all the rules are followed for our members. There are books and files tucked away in the cupboards and sometimes on the dining table if we run out of space. It’s a very local operation where we know the security guards and the people in the next flat. We just focus on doing the work properly and keeping the records updated without making a big fuss about anything.
