A.V. Industrial Associates

We’re over at A-901 in Nilkanth, which is inside Paranjape Estate. If you know where Makhmali Talao is, we are pretty close to that. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always something going on nearby. Trucks moving, people hauling stuff, that kind of thing. Our space here isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for the work we do at A.V. Industrial Associates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through inventory lists for various associates. It can get a bit dusty sometimes because of all the activity in the estate, but we keep our corner as tidy as we can. The view of the lake nearby is nice when we get a minute to step outside for some air and a quick stretch. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people working in the building. It’s a good community of folks just trying to get their work done. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in notes and parts catalogues. It’s honest work, dealing with the nuts and bolts of industry. We don’t do anything flashy. If a part is late, we tell you it’s late. If we have it, it’s yours. That’s just how we operate here in Nilkanth. It’s a practical way to run things for everyone involved.
