Our place is at Sadgurukripa, Room No. 1, near the Anant Patil Bungalow in Sagarli. It’s in the Thane district, and it is a pretty straightforward setup. We call it Astitva Multipurpose Nidhi Limited because we handle a variety of small financial things for the people living around here. It is a small office, not a huge corporate branch. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the traffic outside and the scratching of pens on paper. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the people who walk in. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see the same faces quite often. It feels more like a community spot than a bank. We keep our ledgers in order and make sure everything is recorded properly. Being in Sagarli means we are close to the local markets, which is convenient. Sometimes the rain in Thane makes it hard to get around, but our door stays open. We don't make big promises or use shiny slogans. We just provide the services that a Nidhi company is supposed to provide under the rules. It is a humble operation and we are okay with that. If someone needs help with their savings or has a question about a small loan, they just step into Room No. 1 and we have a chat. That’s how we’ve always done it.
