Associated Chit Fund Navi Mumbai Private Limited is over at the Haware Centurian Mall in Sector-19. We are on the first floor in unit F-30. Seawoods East is a pretty busy area, especially with the mall right there. It’s a bit of a trek from the parking lot to the first floor sometimes, but the escalators usually work fine. Being in a mall means there’s always a lot of noise and people walking by our glass front. We can see shoppers heading to different stores while we sit at our desks managing the fund records. The office itself is quite functional, with standard desks and some storage cabinets for all the legal papers we have to keep track of. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for the team to get the job done every day. We don’t really do any fancy decorating; the walls are plain, and we focus more on what’s on our screens than what’s on the walls. The air conditioning in the mall is a life-saver during the humid months in Navi Mumbai. People often stop by after doing their grocery shopping or running other errands in Sector-19. It’s a convenient spot for that reason. We just keep our heads down and work through the files, making sure the numbers add up and the paperwork is filed away where it belongs.
