We have been here at D-11 in the Wagle Industrial Estate for quite a long time now. If you walk down Road Number 28, you can usually hear the hum of the machines and the sounds of people working from early morning. Our space isn't really fancy or anything like those modern offices you see in the city center. It is an industrial area after all, so there is always some dust and the smell of solder in the air. We mostly spend our days looking at components and dealing with the various electronics that come through our doors. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a bit, but that is just how things go around here. The staff has been around for years, and we all know the tea guy who comes by around eleven. We don't spend much time on decorations or nice carpets because our work is mostly hands-on and gets a bit messy. It is just a practical place for people who know their way around a circuit board. Most of our neighbors are also busy with their own manufacturing or repairs, so it feels like a real working community. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out. The building itself has seen better days, but it holds up and keeps our equipment dry when it rains. That is really all we need to get the job done day after day. We usually close up right on time to catch the bus home.
