Arris Architects

Arris Architects is right near Talao Pali in Thane West. We are on the second floor of Saro Darshan on Shivaji Path. It’s a busy spot especially with M H High School right there. You can hear the kids during their break times. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many large drawings and models sitting around. We’ve been at this address for several years and it feels like home now. The view of the lake is okay if you lean out the window a bit. We spend a lot of time arguing over measurements and looking at building codes. It’s a lot of technical work that isn't always exciting but it has to be done. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person at the front desk. Usually, someone is just shouting from across the room if the phone rings. We drink a lot of tea to keep going in the afternoons. Shivaji Path is always noisy with cars and rickshaws but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We're just a few people who know how to put a building together on paper. The office is a bit dusty from all the old files but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward place with no hidden agendas or corporate talk.
