Arman Clinic

Arman Clinic is located right on Mahape Road in the Mumbra area, near Shilphata. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise outside our door. We’ve been here in Thane for a good while, helping out the local people who live and work nearby. The clinic itself is quite basic. We have a small waiting room with some plastic chairs and a desk where we keep the patient registers. I spend most of my day in the consultation room, talking to people about their aches and pains or checking on their kids. It’s a neighborhood spot, so we see a lot of the same families coming in month after month. The walls are painted a plain white, and we keep things as clean as possible, though the mud from the street sometimes finds its way in during the monsoon. We don't have any of those high-tech gadgets you see on TV, just the essential tools for a general check-up. The fan overhead rattles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. I try to listen to everyone and give them the time they need, even when the waiting room is full. It’s a humble place, and we don't put on any acts. We just do our bit to look after the folks in Mumbra. It’s hard work sometimes, but seeing someone feel better makes it worth the effort.
