Our office is at 11, Ramdev Enclave, over in Mercy Nagar. If you know Mira Road East, you know it can get pretty crowded during the rush hour. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit now, dealing with automation stuff. It's a small place, really just a few rooms where we keep our tools and parts. Most people think automation is all high-tech and shiny, but for us, it’s mostly just getting our hands dirty with wires and sensors. The building is a bit older, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own, so we usually just take the stairs. We aren't trying to be some big global firm. We are just a local team trying to help businesses around here get their machines running right. There's always a lot of noise coming from the street outside, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time out at customer sites, so the office is often quiet during the day, except for maybe one person answering the phone. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer and there’s always a kettle going for tea. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get things done without too much fuss. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Mercy Nagar. It works for us and the people we help.
