Aquarist Education Foundation

We are located at Plot No-10 in Sector-6 of Sanpada, over in the Thane district of Maharashtra, 400705. The Aquarist Education Foundation started because some of us really liked keeping fish and realized there wasn't much clear info out there for people starting out. We are right here in Navi Mumbai, near the local markets and residential blocks. Our office is a simple setup on Plot 10. We don't have giant display tanks or a showroom because we are more about the education side of things. Most of our time is spent putting together guides or answering questions from people who are struggling with their home setups. Sanpada is a good place for us because it's easy for folks from both Thane and Mumbai to reach us. We aren't some big academic group with professors. We are just enthusiasts who have learned a lot over the years through trial and error. We want to share that knowledge so other people don't make the same mistakes we did. The office is often a bit cluttered with books and old fish magazines. We don't mind the mess though, as long as we are getting things done. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't use big words or try to sound smarter than we are. We just talk about fish and water and how to keep everything healthy in a way that anyone can understand. It is a hobby that brings us together.
