Apnaa Homecare

Out in Kandivali East, on M D Road, you can find our office for Apnaa Homecare. We are located at 24 Joshi Lane. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is good because the work we do involves a lot of coordination and talking to families. We aren't some big medical corporation with a glass building. It’s just a simple office where we organize people to go out and help others in their homes. Most of the day involves the phone ringing and us trying to find the right person for a specific job. Sometimes it’s stressful when someone calls in sick or the traffic in Kandivali is bad and someone is running late. We do our best to keep things moving smoothly. There’s a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks, and the tea gets cold because we are busy talking to someone’s grandmother or a worried son. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the streets well. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other’s families. Sometimes we stay late to make sure everyone is taken care of for the night. It’s just the kind of work that needs a personal touch, and we try to provide that without making a big deal out of it. The coffee machine is always running because we need the energy for all the phone calls.
