Our office is located right along National Highway 3 in Shahapur. It’s a convenient spot because of all the transport moving up and down the highway. Since we are Apna Smart Deal, we spend a lot of our time dealing with online orders and shipping. It’s not like a regular shop where people walk in off the street. Mostly, it’s just us processing things on the computer and packing boxes to go out. The highway is always noisy, and we can hear the big rigs shifting gears all day and night. We have a small warehouse area where we keep the inventory organized, or at least we try to keep it organized. Sometimes when a big sale happens, things get a little chaotic and there are boxes everywhere. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy robots. It’s just a handful of us making sure the right items get to the right people. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go, especially with how fast things change online. Some days we are ahead of schedule, and other days we’re running a bit behind. That’s just how it goes when you’re working near the highway. We don’t have a big sign out front, but if you look for the building near the Shahapur stretch of NH3, you’ll find where we handle everything.
