Our small team at Apfs Realty Llp works out of Building B in Sini Enclave, which is located in Kasheli, Bhiwandi. Specifically, we are in A Wing, room 203. Kasheli is a bit of a unique spot with all the warehouses and new residential buildings popping up lately. The office in Sini Enclave is where we do all our planning and paperwork. It is a quiet enough space most of the time, though you can hear the local traffic from the main road nearby. We spend our mornings going through listings and talking to people who are interested in the Bhiwandi area. The room is filled with some basic furniture and a few computers. We have a small area where we sit down with people to discuss property details. It is not a very formal place; we often just have a tea and talk through things. Sometimes the stairs in the building are a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving. We know the Kasheli area quite well because we are always out and about looking at different sites. The real estate business around here involves a lot of coordination with different people. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, which can be a bit much at times. It is just a regular office life for us, nothing too complicated. We just show up every day and try to do a good job for the people who walk through our door. The fan in the corner makes a lot of noise, but it keeps us cool enough while we work.
