Annasaheb Patil Vikas Foundation

We are located in Sanpada East at Shop No 9 in the Moraj Manor building. This is on Plot No 3 in Sector No 14 of Navi Mumbai. Being in a shop unit means we are right at street level. We see a lot of people walking by every day on their way to the station or the local markets. The Moraj Manor building is quite easy to find if you are familiar with Sanpada. Sector 14 is a busy spot with lots of small businesses and shops. Our space is compact. We have a counter and some seating in the back for when we have to sit down and get through the logs. It feels more like a local neighborhood office than a corporate headquarters. The shutters go up in the morning and we stay until the evening. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we have gotten used to it. Navi Mumbai has its own vibe, and Sanpada East is right in the middle of that. We know the other shop owners on our row. We share news and sometimes help each other out. It is a practical location because everything is within walking distance. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the essentials to keep the foundation moving. It is a busy little spot, and we are quite happy working from this shop.
