Anifarraz Nidhi Limited

Our little office is situated right opposite the RTO office in Kalyan, near Birla College. We are in Shop K-8 at Sanghavi Estate, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Thane. Being near the college and the RTO means there are always people moving around outside. Anifarraz Nidhi Limited isn't a big, cold institution. It’s just a small shop where we handle financial things for the local residents. The 421301 area is quite busy, and we fit right in with the other shops in the estate. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work. There are a few chairs for visitors and a lot of files on the shelves. Most people who come in are students, government workers, or local shop owners. We keep things very straightforward. No complicated jargon or difficult processes here. We just sit down, look at the papers, and get things sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from the RTO road, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been part of the Kalyan community for a while, and we like being in a place where people can just drop by. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure our records are accurate. If you’re ever near Birla College, you’ll likely see our small sign hanging out front on the estate grounds.
