Our little office is in Sai Sumangal CHS, specifically Shop No. 04. We are on Plot No. 11, not too far from Savarkar Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but we stay pretty busy with our service work. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is running. We handle various service requests that come in throughout the day. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We aren't the type of place that has a fancy website or a lot of advertisements. We just rely on doing the job and people finding us when they need help. The shop is small and filled with files and a couple of desks. We've been here for a good few years now and have gotten to know the regular faces in the building. Sometimes the rainy season makes things a bit slow, but usually, there’s always something to do. We don't use any corporate jargon here. We just talk like normal people and try to solve whatever problems our customers have. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We like being near Savarkar Nagar because it’s a nice community. Most of our day is spent coordinating different tasks and making sure no one is waiting too long for a response.
