Amexcy Infrastructure Private Limited is run from Kasar Wadavali. We are based at the residence of Yashwant Manwacharya, who has been kind enough to let us use the space for our operations. It’s a very local setup, and we don't have a big fancy office block or a sign out front that lights up at night. We mostly do infrastructure projects, which keeps us busy with a lot of heavy lifting and site visits. Being in Kasar Wadavali means we’re close to a lot of the growing areas in this region. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small group of us trying to make a living in the construction business. We spend most of our day out where the work is actually happening, so the office is mainly for keeping our records and making sure the bills get paid. It can be a tough business because there’s a lot of competition and the costs of materials keep changing, but we keep at it. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or polished brochures. We’d rather just show people the work we’ve done and let that speak for itself. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and try to be fair with everyone we work with.
