The workshop and office for Metro Material Handling Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No A-16 in the Anand Nagar Midc area of Ambernath. Being in an Midc zone means we are surrounded by other factories and industrial sheds. It’s a place where things are actually built and moved. We deal with material handling equipment, so there is always a lot of heavy metal and machinery around the floor. The floors are hard concrete, and there’s usually the smell of oil or the sound of someone welding something nearby in one of the bays. It’s not a quiet office job by any means. We spend our time checking on the equipment, moving parts around, and making sure the machines are in good shape for use. Ambernath can get really hot during the summer months, and the tin roofs don’t help much with the temperature, but we just keep at it. We’ve got a lot of tools and parts scattered around Plot A-16 because that’s just the nature of this kind of work. People who come to see us are usually looking for practical solutions for their own warehouses or factories. We don't bother with fancy brochures or big corporate speeches. We just show them the gear and explain how it works. It’s a tough, honest kind of job, and we’ve been doing it here for quite a while now. We just take pride in getting the equipment out the door and keeping the wheels turning.
