We are located over at Plot No. C-8/2 in the Kansai MIDC section. If you know where the AMP gate is, we are right near there—actually, people usually mention that gate twice when giving directions because it's the main landmark for everyone in this area. The neighborhood is full of other small businesses like ours, so there's always a lot of coming and going of trucks and workers. Our building is a simple structure that gets the job done without any fuss. We don't have any big signs or bright lights to attract attention. It is just a place where we handle our daily operations. Inside, things are organized but you can clearly tell it's a working environment. There are stacks of materials and paperwork on the desks. We try to stay on top of everything, but sometimes the phone rings more than we’d like it to. It’s mostly just a small group of us here. We’ve known each other for a long time, so we don't need a lot of meetings to know what needs to happen next. If a machine breaks down, we roll up our sleeves and try to get it going again ourselves before calling for help. That's just how we operate. The weather can get quite humid around here, so we have a few old fans that hum away in the background all day long. It's not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we do every day.
