Inside Sawant Arcade is where AMBARNATH URBAN MULTIPLE NIDHI LIMITED is located. If you go up to the second floor, you will find us at Flat No.210. The building is on Shiv Mandir Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch in the 421501 area. Being on the second floor means it stays a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level. We like that. It helps us focus on the paperwork and the people who walk in. The arcade has a lot of different businesses, so there is usually someone coming or going. Our office is just a standard flat converted for work use. It has got enough room for our desks and a place for visitors to sit down. We don’t have flashy signs or big lights. It is just a modest space where we get things done. Shiv Mandir Road can be quite lively depending on the time of day. We have been in this spot for some time now and know the rhythms of the building. Finding the stairs or the lift to the 2nd floor is easy enough. Once you are inside Flat 210, you will see it is a very straightforward setup. No big corporate vibes here. Just us working in Ambarnath. We keep the place tidy and wait for the workday to start. It’s a good, solid location for us and serves the purpose well. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint eventually, but for now, it works for us.
