Our place is Row House No. C-9 on the ground floor in Airoli. We’re right opposite the Fire Brigade in Sector 4, so it’s a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Since it’s a row house, it feels more like a home than a regular office. We use the main room for most of our work and the back area for storing things. It’s a quiet neighborhood most of the time, except when the fire trucks head out with their sirens on. We handle different kinds of supplies and equipment. There's a small garden patch out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; you just walk in and one of us will help you. We have a few old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that are packed full. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit to send emails. We usually have a lot of papers scattered around because things move fast here. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Airoli has been a good spot for us to grow over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We usually keep the back door open for a breeze during the afternoon.
