We’ve been operating out of Bhaskar Apartment for some time now. Our office is up on the third floor in Airoli. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re new to the area because we’re tucked right behind Box 8. Inside, it’s mostly just a group of us sitting at our desks with computers humming in the background. The Mumbai heat can be a bit much, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We deal with various digital tasks throughout the day. It’s not a very flashy setup. There’s no big reception area or anyone waiting to open the door for you. You just come in and you’ll see us working away. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a good workout, even if we complain about it. We usually order lunch from one of the small shops downstairs. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with new businesses popping up all the time. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation. We’re just a small team trying to get things right for our clients. We stay pretty busy, especially towards the end of the month. There’s always a lot of paperwork and screen time involved in what we do. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
