We are located at Satra Properties in Sector 19D. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, right in the middle of everything. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy or impressive, just a basic spot where we get our work done. Mostly, we just try to help out people in the local neighborhood when things come up and they need a hand. It's usually just a couple of us sitting around a cluttered desk, making some phone calls or organizing files. People stop by sometimes to ask questions about local stuff or just to say hello. Mumbai can be a pretty fast and loud city, so having a steady place in Sector 19D helps us stay connected to what's happening on the ground with real families. We don't really have big fancy meetings or use complicated software. It’s more about seeing a specific need and trying to fill it without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the traffic noise from the street is quite loud, but you eventually get used to the hum of the city. We keep things very simple here. Just a small group working out of Plot No 20. It's easy to find if you know the area well. We don’t do much in terms of advertising or self-promotion. Most people find us through word of mouth or by walking past the front door. It’s just honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it right here in the city.
