We are based in Thane West, at the Rutu Park Complex on R W Sawant Road. Our office is B2/702 on the 7th floor. It is a well-known spot because the Pizza Hut and CCD are right nearby. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, but mostly it is just a place to get work done. Abhineet Ghag And Associates is a small firm. We handle architecture and design work for various clients around Thane and sometimes Mumbai. The office is often full of rolls of paper and material boards. I spend my days either here at the desk or out at construction sites checking on the progress. Thane has grown so much lately, and there is always a new project starting up somewhere on this side of town. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy. If you call, you usually talk to me or one of the designers directly. We do not use a lot of jargon. We just talk about where the walls go and what colors might look good for the space. Working out of Rutu Park is convenient because most of our clients live or work in this part of Thane anyway. It is a busy life, balancing the creative side with all the technical details that go into a building. We just take it day by day and try to keep our clients updated on what is happening with their projects. It is nothing fancy, just honest design work.
