Landmark Cars Mercedes-Benz

We are based at the Thane showroom on Ghodbunder Road, specifically at Plot 275/1 in Patlipada. Even though we deal with Mercedes-Benz cars, our daily life at Landmark Cars is more about the practical side of things than the glamour you might expect. Most of our morning is spent making sure the showroom floor is spotless and the cars are parked just right. Ghodbunder Road is always packed with traffic, so we spend a lot of time watching the cars crawl by outside while we work. We have a lot of different people coming in, some just to look and others who have been driving these cars for years. Our staff is a mix of people who really know their engines and others who handle the mountains of paperwork that come with every sale. It’s a big space, but it can feel small when we have a lot of deliveries happening at once. We don't use a lot of fancy talk when people ask questions; we just try to explain the features of the cars in a way that makes sense. Sometimes the computers go down or the coffee machine breaks, and we just have to deal with it like any other business. We've been in this Thane West location for a while, and it’s become a familiar spot for anyone in the area looking for a car. It’s a lot of work to keep everything running smoothly, but we've got a good rhythm going and most days are okay.
