Our office is located at 21, Nand Chambers, which is right near the old Vandana Cinema on LBS Marg. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you know how busy the traffic on LBS Marg can be. We’ve been here at Labindia Analytical Instrument Pvt Ltd for a good while. The building itself is pretty standard for this area—nothing too fancy, just a solid place to work. We deal with a lot of sensitive instruments, so we try to keep the inside as clean and orderly as possible, though the desk areas usually have papers and manuals scattered about. Our team spends most of the day talking to labs and researchers who need specific tools for their work. We aren't the type to use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just know how these machines work and how to get them to the people who need them. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their role. We have a small pantry where we take our tea breaks and talk about things other than work. We don't really put much effort into being a big company; we just want to make sure the instruments we sell are handled properly and the paperwork is correct.
