Bayer Material Science

You can find us at Bayer House on Central Avenue. This is inside the Hiranandani Estate area, which is a pretty well-known part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here at Bayer Material Science for a bit. The roads around here are wide and usually have some trees, which is nice compared to the more crowded parts of the city. Central Avenue is easy to navigate. Most people know where the Hiranandani buildings are because they all have that specific look to them. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office. We spend our days inside the building, mostly just focused on the work at hand. The area feels very planned and organized. There are shops and places to eat within walking distance, so that’s convenient for lunch breaks. Sometimes the traffic on the way into the estate can be a bit slow in the mornings, but once you’re here, it’s fine. The building itself is quite large. We see plenty of other people working in different offices nearby. It’s a professional atmosphere but we try to keep things relaxed among ourselves. Being in this part of town means we are away from the heaviest congestion of the main city center. It’s a decent place to be based. The views from the windows are mostly of other tall buildings and some greenery. We just go about our business day by day and that works for everyone.
