Lucent Trips Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Karolil Lane, right near the Ponnurunni Bridge in Thammanam, Vyttila. It’s a quiet lane in Cochin compared to the main roads. We work on travel plans and trip bookings from here. The office is just a simple room with a couple of computers and a lot of calendars. We don't have a big staff. It's just a small group of us who know a bit about travel. We spend our days looking at flights, hotels, and train schedules. It’s a lot of clicking and calling to make sure everything lines up. We aren't a high-end agency with brochures everywhere. Most of our work is done through emails and phone calls. We like being near the Ponnurunni Bridge because it's a familiar spot for everyone. People sometimes drop by to talk about their vacation ideas. We don't give them a big sales pitch. We just tell them what we can do and what it costs. Sometimes we get busy with last-minute changes, which can be a bit stressful. But mostly, it’s just steady work. We aren't part of some giant chain. We are just a local office in Vyttila trying to keep things organized for our clients. It’s a plain and simple operation. We show up every morning and work through the list until it's time to head back home. It's just a way to make a living doing what we know.
