We set up shop here at Plot No 2 in Puthiyatheru quite some time ago. It’s right on the National Highway, just past Aleef Marble. Most days it’s pretty busy with the traffic going by, but that’s how it is here. My team and I handle interior work and some development projects. People come in looking to fix up their homes or maybe they have a piece of land they want to build on. We don't do anything too fancy, just solid work that stays within what folks can afford. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just us sitting here planning out the next job site. It’s a local business through and through. We know the area well since we’ve been here at this spot near the highway for a while now. If you’re driving by and see the sign, that’s us. We mostly deal with residential stuff but we've taken on bigger developer roles too when the opportunity comes up. It’s not always easy keeping all the supplies moving and making sure the workers show up on time, but we manage. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy suits, just people in work boots trying to get things done right for the neighbors. It feels good to see a project finished and know we did that. Anyway, that’s basically what happens here at Mohans. Just a regular day at the office in Puthiyatheru.
