We’ve been at the Sub Registrar Office Rd for quite a while now. Kmg Developers is just a small setup right in the Puzhathi Housing Colony. It gets pretty busy around here because of the government office being so close by. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork and talking to folks who stop by to ask about the area. It’s not a fancy place at all, just a few desks and some chairs where we try to figure things out for the day. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit of a mess, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We know the people living around here pretty well. Most people find us because they’re already in the colony for other business. We don't do much in the way of advertising; word of mouth is usually what keeps us going. It’s a straightforward job. We look at plots, talk about building things, and try to keep everything moving. The office stays open a bit late most days if there’s work to finish up. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone seems to walk in at once. We’ve seen the housing colony change quite a bit over the years. New houses go up and older ones get fixed up. We’re just a small part of that whole process. If you’re walking down toward the registrar’s office, you’ll see our sign. It is nothing special, but it helps people find us. We just focus on what's in front of us.
