OM MANUFACTURER'S

OM MANUFACTURER'S is based in Sonitpur village, which is under the Tezpur post office in Kamroop district. We are quite close to the Overseas Bank, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Being in a village means things are a bit different than the big cities. We have a lot of space, but it’s mostly filled with raw materials and finished products. We do the manufacturing right here on the site. It’s noisy and dusty, but that is the nature of the business. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We know each other well and we’ve been doing this for years. The bank nearby is where we do our regular business, and the staff there know us by name. Sonitpur is a quiet place most of the time, except for when our machines are running. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. Most of our orders come from people in the district who have heard about us. We focus on just getting the work done without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or issues with getting materials delivered to the village, but we manage. Our building is a simple structure with a tin roof that gets very loud when it rains. We spend our days making sure the quality is what it needs to be before anything leaves the village for Tezpur or beyond. Life here in Kamroop is good, even with the long days.
