Al Habib Store

We've been here in Tezpur for a while now at Al Habib Store. It's just a regular place where we try to keep the shelves stocked with things people actually need on a daily basis. Most mornings start with putting out the new stock and making sure the floor is clean. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It's just us working the counter and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the weather gets really hot or it rains hard, but the doors stay open regardless. People come in for all sorts of reasons, maybe a quick item they forgot or just to see what’s new on the racks. We know a lot of the faces that come by, which makes the day go a bit faster. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and counting change, but that is how a shop runs. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things don't get too messy. The location in Tezpur is easy enough to find if you are around this part of town. We try to keep prices fair because we live here too and know how it is. It isn't always perfect, sometimes we run out of something or the delivery is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's just a local shop trying to be useful to the neighborhood without making a big fuss about it. That is basically the whole story of Al Habib Store.
