Sankar Associates

Our office is located at 121-3 on Krishnasamy Street, right by the main road. It’s a convenient spot for people to find us, and we’ve been here at Sankar Associates for a good number of years. We mostly handle property matters and help people figure out the local real estate scene. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of knowledge about this neighborhood. People come to us when they are confused about a property or need help finding a buyer. We don't use any slick sales tactics. We just tell people what we know and try to help them make a decision that works for them. The main road can be a bit loud, but it brings in a lot of different people. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be looking at a small apartment, and the next we are helping someone with a piece of commercial land. We take it one step at a time and try to keep the paperwork as simple as possible. We aren't looking to expand into a giant firm. We like being a local presence where people can just walk in and have a real conversation. It’s a steady way of living, and we enjoy being part of the community here on Krishnasamy Street.
