LANDVIEW CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Thevilakathu Veedu, located via Amaravilamariyapuram P.O. We are a small construction firm that sticks to what we know best, which is building. Our setup is pretty simple and we don't have a lot of the overhead that those big city companies have. This allows us to just focus on the actual labor and getting things right on the site. We spend most of our time out in the field, so the office is often quiet during the day. When we are there, we are usually going over bills or looking at new sketches for a local project. We have built a lot of different things over the years, from small walls to entire houses. We know the people in this area and they know us. There is a certain way of doing things here that involves a lot of talking and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use any high-tech gadgets if a simple tape measure will do the trick. Our tools are well-used and our hands are usually a bit dirty from the site. That is how we like it, though. We feel good just being a solid, local option for anyone looking to build something. We don't need any awards or recognition, just the satisfaction of seeing a job finished properly at the end of the day.
