Dilipan Foundation

Dilipan Foundation is situated down in Tenkasi, which is part of the Thirunelveli district. If you know the area, you know it can get quite warm during the day, so we try to get most of our important stuff done early when it’s still a bit cool. We have been here for a while now, just working out of this space. It’s a quiet enough spot, and we like it that way because it lets us focus on what we are doing without too much noise from the main roads. Tenkasi is a nice place to be based, honestly. The community around here is small, so everyone kind of knows each other, or at least knows where the different offices are. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a simple office with some desks and chairs where we handle things. Sometimes people wander in asking what we do, and we just tell them we are the foundation guys. The Thirunelveli district has its own pace, and we definitely follow that. We don't rush around too much, but we make sure the work gets finished by the end of the week. Most of the people working here live close by, so it’s a short commute. We usually keep some tea ready for whoever stops by. It’s just how things are done in this part of the state. It’s a basic setup but it works for us.
