Vijayalakshmi Developers

Vijayalakshmi Developers is based at 1-363, right by the Clock Tower on G T Road in Chilakaluripet. It is a very central location, and almost everyone in town passes by the Clock Tower at some point in their day. The traffic on G T Road is always moving, so there is a constant hum of engines outside our door. Our office is not very large, but it has enough room for us to sit down and go over plans. We have a lot of folders stacked on the shelves and some chairs for when people come to visit. Chilakaluripet is growing, and we have seen a lot of changes from our windows here. We do not have a corporate headquarters vibe at all. It is just a local place where we handle land and building projects. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit by the door where there is more light. The floor is made of simple tiles that we sweep every morning. We do not use any fancy software or big screens. We mostly use notebooks and pens to keep track of things. Being near the Clock Tower means we are easy to find, which is good because we do not really do any advertising. People just know where we are. It is a straightforward business, and we like being right in the middle of the town’s activity.
