Smilo

We are set up in the Jakka Satyanarayanan Complex at Dr.No.16-3-42. It’s right in the middle of Sharaff Bazar. If you’ve ever been to the bazaar, you know it’s a crowded, busy place with a lot of noise and people everywhere. That’s where Smilo lives. Our office isn't very big, and we have to keep things organized or we’d run out of space pretty fast. We’ve been in this complex for a good while now. Most days are spent talking to local traders and people who need small things done. We don’t have a team of experts or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who have learned the ropes by doing. Sharaff Bazar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s home for us. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get people in. Usually, someone just knows us from the complex and tells their neighbor. We like to keep things simple. If you have a question, you just ask, and we give you a straight answer. We might not have the newest furniture or a polished look, but we know what we’re doing. It’s an honest living. We show up every day, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. That’s the way we’ve always done things here at Smilo in the bazaar, and it seems to work out for everyone involved.
