Harsha Granites

Harsha Granites is located at 46-5-36 on Parimi Road in Chinaravuru. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Parimi Road is a place where people know each other, so we see a lot of familiar faces coming through the gates. The yard is filled with granite slabs of all different shades and patterns. Most of our time is spent moving these heavy things around with the old crane we have. It’s a bit of a rough-and-tumble environment, with plenty of mud when it rains and dust when it’s dry. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the stone pretty well by now. When someone comes in, they usually have a rough idea of what they need, and we just help them find the right slab in the stack. It’s not about being fancy or having a polished showroom. We just have the stone and the tools to cut it. A lot of the work is just waiting for the trucks or finishing up the edges on a piece for a local temple or a house. We stay busy enough without needing to do much advertising. People know where we are, and they know we just do our work and go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple business model that seems to work for us here in Chinaravuru. We just keep the slabs stacked and the yard open for whoever stops by.
