I’m currently based out of Atmakuru Post in the Mangalagiri area, right here in Guntur. My place is D. No 3-144, and I live here with my family, including my father R. Lingeswararao. Being an Asst Professor means my days are mostly filled with books, lectures, and trying to help students understand things that aren't always easy. It's a quiet life for the most part, though Mangalagiri is growing pretty fast lately. Sometimes the walk to work is nice when the weather isn't too hot, but Andhra Pradesh summers don't really care about your comfort. I spend a lot of time preparing notes at my desk at home. There’s always a pile of papers to grade or some new research to look into before the next semester kicks off. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical one that gets the job done. People in the village know me as the teacher who's always carrying a bag full of textbooks. I like the routine of it, honestly. It’s about showing up every day and doing the work without much fuss. The house here is where everything happens, from morning tea to late-night reading. Guntur has its own rhythm, and being part of the academic side of it feels right. It's just me doing my bit in this corner of the world, hoping the kids actually learn something useful this year. It keeps me busy and grounded in the local community.
