We operate out of a place called Baheda, near the Shiv Charan area. It’s a bit of a smaller spot, but we like it that way. Most of our work is construction, and we’ve been doing it for a while now in this part of Uttarakhand. It’s mostly about getting the right people for the job and making sure we have enough bricks and mortar. We don't have a flashy website or a big office building. It’s just us working out of our location here in the 249155 zip code area. The days start early. We usually meet up, talk about what needs to be done, and then head out to the site. Construction can be messy and loud, but that’s the nature of the job. We've dealt with all sorts of weather, from the heavy rains to the dry spells. We just keep pushing through. We aren't corporate people; we’re just folks who know how to build. We talk to the local suppliers, get our materials, and get the work finished. It's not always perfect, and sometimes there are delays we can't help, but we always show up. People in Baheda know who we are. We don't need much more than that. It’s about being honest about what can be done and then just doing it. That is how we have always run things around here.
