We are CSM Hotels LLP, and you can find us at Plot Number 44 in Village Chukhal Gunogi. Our post office is Chopdiyal Gaon. This is way up in Tehri Garhwal. It is a quiet place, far from the noise of the bigger towns. We are just a small group of people running this hotel business. The village life is slow, and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing department. We mostly just talk to people who find their way up here. The views are nice, but the work is hard. Managing a hotel in a remote village means you have to be your own plumber and electrician sometimes. We spend our days making sure the rooms are ready and the supplies are coming in on time. The roads up here in Tehri Garhwal can be tricky, especially during the monsoon. We just take it one day at a time. It is not a polished operation. We have our quirks and our mistakes. But we are honest about it. We are just locals trying to run a business in the place where we live. There are no corporate meetings here, just a quick chat over tea in the morning to decide what needs doing. It is a simple way to work, and we are happy with it. The air is fresh and the people are kind.
