We’ve been here in Laxmi Colony for a while now, right on Bandri Road in Tasgaon. It’s not a fancy setup or anything, just a small office at Vimal Sampat Sawant’s place where we handle the dairy business. Most days start pretty early because that is just how things go when you are dealing with milk. The area around here is quiet for the most part, but we stay busy with the local people and the logistics of Udayraj Dugdh Vikas. It’s hard work, keeping track of everything and making sure the dairy side of things moves along without too many hiccups. People know us as the local milk folks in this part of Tal-Tasgaon. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep the operations running smooth. Sometimes the weather makes it tough or the transport gets delayed, but we just manage it as it comes. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us. Living and working in the same area means we know the neighbors and the collectors quite well. It’s a simple life really. We spend most of our time looking at records or talking to the suppliers who come by the colony. There’s always something to fix or a new batch to check on. It’s not glamorous, but it is our daily life here in Tasgaon and we just keep going day by day.
