Family Store Market

Our shop, Family Store Market, sits at Plot No. 225 in the Main Market of Churu. We are very close to the Hdfc Bank, so it’s easy for people to find us when they are out doing their banking. The market is always loud and crowded, which we have gotten used to over the years. We sell a bit of everything that families in Churu might need for their daily lives. The shelves are often packed tight because we try to fit as much as possible into the space. It’s not a fancy supermarket with shiny floors. It is just a regular store where you can walk in and ask for what you need. Sometimes we have to climb a ladder to get stuff from the top shelves. We know a lot of our customers by name since they live nearby. My family helps out with the shifts, so there is always someone around to help. If the power goes out, we just use candles or a small light and keep going. That’s just how it is here in the Main Market. We try to keep the stock fresh, but sometimes things run out before the new delivery arrives. It can be stressful when it's busy, but we like being in the middle of the town. Churu is a good place to have a business like this. We spend our days counting change and stocking the aisles until we close late at night.
