Everest Trading

Everest Trading is based out of Village Gouribati. This is a quiet place in the Hooghly district, not too far from the Tarakeswar post office. We have been here for a while, just handling the day-to-day trading needs of people in the area. It is a small operation, mostly run by a few of us who grew up around here. Life in the village moves at its own pace, and we like it that way. We do not have a big corporate building or anything. It is just a regular space where we store things and keep our records. Sometimes the weather gets a bit rough and the roads are not great, but we manage to stay open. People around Gouribati know where to find us if they need something. We do not do much advertising because most folks just hear about us from their neighbors. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We handle various goods depending on what is in demand at the time. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we sit and talk to whoever drops by. Being in Hooghly means we are close enough to the bigger towns if we need supplies, but we prefer staying here in the village. It is where we started and where we plan to stay for the foreseeable future. There is not much more to it than that.
