Our business is located in Nishana village, specifically at the Patel Faliyu area in the Songadh Taluka of Tapi district. We operate out of Devlabhai Kanubhai Gamit’s place. It’s a very local setting, surrounded by the community we grew up in. We deal with agriculture and food processing, though we aren't a massive factory. It’s more of a focused operation where we try to add value to what’s grown nearby. Life in Tapi is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. Our work involves a lot of hands-on management and making sure the food is handled correctly. We don't have a big corporate office or a board of directors in suits. It’s just us, working on the daily tasks of the business. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit difficult, but we still manage to keep things running. We don't put out a lot of advertisements because everyone around here knows who we are. Our main goal is just to keep the processing going so the local crops don't go to waste. It's a lot of responsibility, but we've lived here our whole lives and we know the land and the people. We focus on the practical side of food processing without any of the fancy talk you see in brochures or on TV commercials.
