We've been here at shop eighteen in the Virwani Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Most people know us because they work nearby or pass through the Western Express Highway. It's a busy spot, always noisy with the traffic outside. We keep a good stock of namkeen and all the usual pantry items people need on their way home. Some days it gets really crowded around five when everyone finishes their shifts. We don't have a fancy layout, just shelves and bags. My cousin helps me behind the counter most mornings. The space in Gala No A 328 isn't huge, but we make it work. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, which is a bit of a headache for everyone. We try to keep the snacks fresh because nobody likes stale sev or gathiya. Most of our regulars are just workers from the estate who want a quick tea-time snack. We open early so the morning crowd can grab what they need. It’s a simple setup. If you’re looking for high-end decor, this isn’t the place. We just focus on getting the stock in and selling it at fair prices. People ask for specific brands sometimes, and if we don't have it, we try to get it next week. It's just a regular shop doing regular business. Nothing more than that. We spend a lot of time just organizing the jars and cleaning the floor when it's quiet. The highway noise never really stops.
